Minister of Basic Education Angie Motshekga

Minister of Basic Education Angie Motshekga will be South Africa’s Acting President from Friday until Sunday. This is due to the simultaneous working visits of President Cyril Ramaphosa and his Deputy, David Mabuza this weekend.

Ramaphosa has travelled to Yokohama, Japan, to lead the nation’s support for the Springboks in their Rugby World Cup final against England.

The game will be broadcast live on SABC 2 as well as on 11 of the public broadcaster’s radio stations.

Kickoff is at 11am Saturday morning.
