The state in the case of five men accused of the murder of rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and his friend Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane, has added further charges at the Durban Magistrate’s Court.
Initially there were ten counts that included murder, attempted murder, illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
Today, the state informed the court that it will be adding two counts of money laundering.
The five suspects are Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindani Ndimande, Eddie Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni and Lindokuhle Ndimande.
The matter has been further adjourned to the 14th of March for the start of the bail application.
