Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize has briefed the media in the Western Cape on the latest COVID-19 cases.
He has confirmed 525 new confirmed cases, which has put the number of infections to 9 420. The death toll now sits at 186.
The province has the highest number of infections in the country.
