Two men who were arrested for killing two children, one with albinism are expected to appear at the Witbank Magistrate court in Mpumalanga.
The two men Themba Thubane and Knowledge Mhlanga are expected to apply for bail.
During their previous appearance, the case was postponed after their legal representative fell ill.
Meanwhile their co-accused Thokozani Msibi was denied bail by the same court last month.
Co-accused Mthokozisi Mkhize chose not to apply for bail.
The four suspects are facing charges of murder, kidnapping, conspiracy to kidnap and violation of a corpse.
