The people’s poet, Mzwakhe Mbuli, is an angry man. This follows revelations that Google has profiled him as HIV positive.
His legal representative, Advocate Mphafolane Koma, has confirmed that they are pursuing legal action against Google.
Mbuli says this is unacceptable.
“Advocate Mphafolane has taken legal action, I’ve instructed him to do exactly that. He served the letter of demand to Google South Africa and that was last week. I am sure in the next two days we will serve Google with summons, it is exactly like that, there’s no turning back. We are going for these guys.”
