Maritzburg United coach Eric Tinkler says they are treating the Premier Soccer League’s Promotion/Relegation Play-Offs like a cup competition rather than a league.
The Team of Choice are busy readying themselves for their second match of the four-game mini-league against Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) in Thohoyandou, having began the tournament with an important win and three points over Royal Eagles in Pietermaritzburg on Sunday.
Tinkler says the match against the National First Division side from Limpopo is being regarded a semi-final, adding that they cannot afford to lose.
