Man accused of raping and killing Capricorn TVET student to appear in court

Aubrey Manaka (28) allegedly sexually assaulted 21-year-old Precious Ramabulana and later stabbed her 52 times last year.

Three high profile court cases will be heard in different courts in Limpopo on Friday. The man accused of raping and killing Precious Ramabulana who was a Capricorn TVET student at Botlokwa, will be appearing in the Morebeng Magistrates’ Court.

Aubrey Manaka (28) allegedly sexually assaulted 21-year-old Precious Ramabulana and later stabbed her 52 times last year.

Manaka is also charged with the rape of a five-year-old girl in 2014.

A 27-year-old bank employee who allegedly stole R25-million from Limpopo government accounts will be appearing in the Waterval Magistrate’s Court.

In Polokwane, four people accused of the murder of Polokwane business woman Lizette Deacon and her mother, will be making their second court appearance.

Meanwhile, four people accused in the killing of the Deacons in Polokwane will also be appearing.

Police have offered a R250 000 reward for information that can lead to the arrest of the fifth suspect.
