Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema’s application to have the Riotous Assemblies Act unconstitutional has been dismissed by the Pretoria High Court.
Malema appeared in the High Court in Pretoria to challenge the constitutionality of the Riotous Assemblies Act.
