Economic Freedom Fighters(EFF) leader Julius Malema’s land invasion court case has been postponed to 25 February 2019.
Malema appeared in the Newcastle Magistrate’s court in KwaZulu Natal on Monday morning – in connection with comments made in respect of land grabs.
In 2016 he reportedly told his supporters to invade unoccupied land.
Malema also faces a charge of incitement to commit a crime.
He is facing a similar charge in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court after he told EFF members at the party’s 2014 elective conference in Bloemfontein that they should occupy land.
