“The problem in Bloemhof is very worse Mr Malema, because if you are a woman and you want employment you must firstly sleep with these people, and if you succumb to them, they tell others who will, in turn, want the same.”
“We want help in Bloemhof, we need a hospital. We need proper roads. We also want employment, our children are unemployed. If they are to be employed, they must provide sexual favours.”
The EFF leader says collapsed municipalities are the biggest problem in the North West, and that his party will prioritise the provision of water to communities.
“All municipalities in North West to tell the truth they have collapsed. To put this one under administration and not put that other one under administration, is actually favouritism and a waste of time. All of these municipalities must be put under administration. We must start building afresh, that’s the challenge we are going to be faced with as the EFF when we take over from the first of November. We need to fix a problem of water in the North West, that is the first thing we need to fix.”
Meanwhile, the EFF leader will continue leading his party’s election campaign in Mpumalanga next week.
