Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has arrived at former President Jacob Zuma’s homestead in Nkandla in northern KwaZulu-Natal.
This comes after Malema tweeted Zuma earlier this week to request the meeting.
@PresJGZuma can we please have tea urgently?

Zuma responded saying the EFF leader is welcome to have tea with him.
Thobela Moshabi. I have seen your request to share a cup of tea. As you know, Nkandla village is home for me and that is where my time is spent these days. Tea I have plenty of, you are more than welcome to come over for a cup. https://t.co/7Okdw94WAH

In recent years, relations between Zuma and Malema have been strained, a departure from the closeness the two shared during Malema’s term as President of the ANC Youth League.
It is unclear whether the meeting will discuss Zuma’s decision not to appear before the Zondo Commission, defying a Constitutional Court ruling.
