‘Driver arrested for being 16 times over the legal limit of alcohol’

During the release of the 2022/2023 festive road fatality statistics, Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula revealed that a driver was arrested for being 16 times over the legal limit.

The minister said, ” He has to be the drunkard of the century.”
