The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture has outlined what it would have put to former President Jacob Zuma had he appeared before it Monday morning. Earlier the Commission’s lead prosecutor, Advocate Paul Pretorius said the reasons that Zuma had given for not appearing before the commission were invalid.
The commission continues Monday afternoon.
