Former Transport Minister Dipuo Peters has denied allegations that she frustrated the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) board under then-board chair Popo Molefe to appoint a permanent CEO.
Peters was testifying at the State Capture Commission of inquiry, which continues on Tuesday afternoon.
