The State Capture Commission of Inquiry continues hearing SAA-related testimony on Monday afternoon.
Earlier in the day, evidence leader Kate Hofmyer said they have had a series of attacks from former chairperson at SAA Technical Yakhe Kwinana and her lawyer. The commission’s investigation team have denied claims that Kwinana was not offered enough time to respond and make affidavit to allegation’s levelled against her.
