Former chairperson of SCOPA, Themba Godi has told the State Capture Commission of Inquiry that the problem of non-implementation by the Executive of remedial measures required by SCOPA reports remained a significant problem right up to the end of his tenure.
The commission continues to hear testimony related to parliamentary oversight on Monday afternoon.
