The Commission of Inquiry into allegations of State Capture, sitting in Johannesburg, resumes on Thursday.

It was postponed on Monday after former president Jacob Zuma pulled a no-show.

Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution (Casac) executive secretary, Lawson Naidoo, is testifying this morning.

The commission will also hear evidence from the University of Cape Town’s Professor Emeritus of Public Law, Hugh Corder, Parliamentary Monitoring Group’s (PMG) Jennifer Rault-Smith and the Director of Corruption Watch, David Lewis.
