Ms K, an unidentified witness testifying from an undisclosed location, has told the State Capture Commission of Inquiry that, from an executive level, the abuse of the State Security Agency and its mandate happened primarily under the political leadership of ministers Siyabonga Cwele, David Mahlobo and advocate Bongani Bongo.
Ms K continues her testimony on Wednesday afternoon.
