Former cabinet minister Malusi Gigaba is appearing before the Commission of Inquiry Into State Capture in Johannesburg on Thursday.
Earlier, former Transnet Chief Financial Officer, Anoj Singh has conceded, at the State Capture Inquiry, that he played an instrumental role in the appointment of transaction advisory contracts involving McKinsey and Gupta-linked company Regiments.
