Former Eskom legal head, Suzanne Daniels, returns to the State Capture Commission of Inquiry in Johannesburg on Monday to testify.
In September this year Daniels told the commission that Gupta associate Salim Essa had offered her R800-million to reinstate Eskom’s former acting CEO Matshela Koko.
