The State Capture Commission has resumed proceedings.
The Commission was scheduled to start with Brian Molefe’s testimony on his tenure while still at the helm of Transnet.
But it has now been shelved to later today.
Molefe worked as a group CEO at Transnet from 2011 to 2015, after which he joined Eskom.
The commission is currently hearing the cross-examination of an unidentified witness by former Cabinet Minister, Malusi Gigaba.
Advocate Paul Pretorius SC is leading the cross-examination.
