The Electoral Commission’s (IEC) CEO Sy Mamabolo has outlined four points of contestation amongst political parties as regards to whether it is possible to hold free and fair elections on the 27th of October.
He was speaking earlier at the start of the Moseneke Inquiry into free and fair local government elections. The inquiry continues.
