Minister of Health Dr Zweli Mkhize gave an update on the state of the coronavirus pandemic in South Africa ahead of the festive season.
The minister is in the Eastern Cape where two municipalities in the region, Nelson Mandela Bay Metro and Sarah Baartman District Municipality have seen an increase in COVID-19 infections.
