LIVE | High Court in Pretoria hears case on lockdown tobacco sales ban (Part 3)

A case against the ban on tobacco sales during the lockdown is being heard in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria today. The Fair Trade Tobacco Association is challenging government’s continued ban on the sale of tobacco products under levels 3 and 4 of the lockdown.
