President Jacob Zuma’s second inauguration will be an African Affair with as many as 40 countries from the continent’s Heads of State, prime ministers or royalty attending. The President will be inaugurated this morning at the Nelson Mandela ampitheatre at the Union Buildings in Pretoria. He was elected president in the National Assembly earlier this week. Six other former heads of state from the continent will also attend. According to the constitution – this marks Zuma’s second and last term in office.
