VIDEO: ConCourt hears applications to appeal the WC High Court’s decision on Mkhwebane’s suspension

The Constitutional Court hears two applications to appeal the Western Cape High Court’s decision, declaring the suspension of Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane invalid. It has consolidated President Ramaphosa and the DA’s appeal applications.
