Vusimuzi Matlala and four others are expected back in the High Court in Johannesburg for the continuation of the trial.
The main trial has paused to allow for a trial within a trial. This is because the first accused is objecting to the state using some of the evidence police obtained during his arrest.
He argues that the evidence was obtained unlawfully because police did not have a search warrant and they assaulted him.
