The Commander-in-Chief of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), President Cyril Ramaphosa, will address the Armed Forces Day celebrations on Sunday at the Castle of Good Hope in the Western Cape, Cape Town.

The celebrations are usually held on this date to commemorate the sinking of the SS Mendi Memorial and also to observe a fly-past by the South African Air Force before the President's keynote address.
