African National Congress (ANC) is launching its local government elections manifesto for the upcoming local government elections at the Church Square in Pretoria.

President Cyril Ramaphosa will unveil the governing party’s five-year action plan for the local sphere of government at seven this evening.

Reports from earlier in the day say the ANC has promised that their event will comply with the COVID-19 regulations for outdoor gatherings, which allow crowds of up to 500 people outdoors.
