Today marks 27 years since the first democratic elections in South Africa on April the 27th 1994.
President Cyril Ramaphosa is scheduled to deliver the keynote address for Freedom Day at the newly opened Charlotte Maxeke Treatment Centre in Botshabelo, east of Bloemfontein, in the Free State.
