A Limpopo sangoma and medical scholar is treating drug addicts at a traditional rehabilitation centre with both African and Western remedies.
Piet Ntshedi of Ga-Phaahla, outside Jane Furse, currently has over 100 addicts at his rehabilitation centre.
He says his unconventional methods have helped more than six-hundred substance abusers to date.
Ntshedi however says health authorities have not been co-operating well with him, despite several attempts to invite them to inspect his facility.
“The relationship between Phaahla Clinic and myself is wonderful,” he says.
