African Transformation Movement (ATM) launched its local government election manifesto in Mthatha, Eastern Cape, on the 2nd October 2021 ahead of the November 1st elections.
The party contested its first elections in 2019, winning two seats nationally, as well as one each in the Eastern Cape and Kwazulu-Natal legislatures.
The party’s leader Vuyolwethu Zungula says they will make fighting crime their priority should the electorate vote for their councillor candidates.
