The African National Congress (ANC) is holding its National General Council (NGC) in October in Midrand, Gauteng.
Held mid-way between party conferences, the NGC is convened to discuss and debate the “strategic organisational and political issues facing the movement”. The NGC cannot change policies or resolutions adopted by the party’s five-yearly national conference.
