KwaZulu-Natal Premier Willies Mchunu has been rushed off stage after taking ill while delivering his State of the Province Address (SOPA).
He was escorted off stage by other dignitaries. Mchunu is 70 years old.
The SOPA address is being delivered by the provincial MEC for economic development, tourism and environmental affairs Sihle Zikalala.
