In an official biography titled, `Kgalema Motlanthe: a political biography’, author Ebrahim harvey gives a picture of the man whom little is known about outside his political life. He has risen through the ranks, becoming the ANC secretary general in 2005, and the country’s 3rd president in September 2008. Now he is the country’s current deputy president. Mr Harvey speaks more about the book on the man he says found to be intensely private.
