South African Nolan Hoffman wins the Cape Town Cycle Tour

South African Nolan Hoffman has won the Cape Town Cycle Tour.

Hoffman won in a time of two-hours-37-minutes in a tight sprint finish.

Sam Gaze from New Zealand came in second and Reynard Butler, also from South Africa, came in third.

About 35 000 riders registered for the event.

“In the men’s event, it was South African Nolan Hoffman coming back taking the title again. Second, the New Zealand rider Sam Gaze and third was Reynard Butler, South African. The ladies race was won by Kim de le Court from Mauritius. Second was Namibian champion Adrian Vera and third was the South African mountain biker Maroesjka Mathee,” says Tour Director, David Bellairs.
