Congress of the People (COPE) Deputy President, Willy Madisha, says they will submit a service delivery petition on behalf of Hammaskraal residents to the City of Tshwane on Monday morning.
Madisha visited the area as part of COPE’s campaign ahead of the May elections.
Residents raised service delivery concerns such as a lack of water and an internal road network which is inaccessible during the rainy season.
The community has also requested that the abandoned multi-million-rand clinic project be completed and handed over it.
