Baroka FC Assistant Coach Bushy Moloi says they will not be intimidated by the in-form Orlando Pirates.

Baroka FC face Pirates in the Telkom Knock-out final at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday.

Orlando Pirates won the Telkom Knockout in 2011.

Baroka FC is known for their robust defence and strong set pieces. They beat Bidvest Wits in the semifinals by one goal to nil to reach the final.

“It’s part of learning. With a win we are going to Africa now. It actually motivates us a lot to do more for the country … first team in Limpopo to do this. It’s going to be a miracle. We’ll be able to stop pirates,” says Moloi.

Soccer expects predict a closely contested encounter.

Former Bafana Bafana Player Matthew Booth says, “It’s going to be interesting. Baroka has so many young players to reach the finals. Baroka FC has changed their mindset and I wouldn’t be surprise if they cause an upset.”

This is the first time that the Telkom Knockout final will be played at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
