Avon Justine has raised in excess of R20 million through the sale of special “pink ribbon” products for breast cancer education, awareness and screening in South Africa.

The annual Avon Justine iThemba Walkathon will take place on Sunday at Marks Park in Emmarentia, Johannesburg.  The popular event takes place every October and aims to raise funds and spread awareness about breast cancer.

Mpho Tsomele, who has been taking part in the walkathon for 6 years, says she supports the cause for the difference it makes in the lives of those affected by breast cancer.

“I keep coming back because it’s such a fun way of fundraising and knowing how that helps people affected by the disease. I bring all my friends to make it more of an experience,” says Tsomele.

Remember to arrive early on Sunday for your own convenience! Be there by 06h30 and avoid traffic! #iThembaWalk2019 pic.twitter.com/Q9LUStgpRs
