SuperSport United coach Kaitano Tembo is confident that they will reach the MTN8 final. Matsatsantsa played to a 1-1 draw with their arch-rivals Mamelodi Sundowns in Atteridgeville on Sunday.
SuperSport United reached the last two finals of the competition. On Sunday SuperSport United conceded an away goal but Tembo is not fazed by that.
Sipho Mbule played a brilliant match against Sundowns in the middle of the park. He dominated the midfield and created a goal for striker Thamsanqa Gabuza.
Tembo says the youngster still has a room for improvement.
Nine Supersport players will go to their countries for national duty during the FIFA International weekend.
Players such as captain Dean Furman and goalkeeper Ronwen Williams will feature for Bafana Bafana against Zambia on Saturday.
