Hive of activity despite rainy conditions in Koster ahead of Human Rights commemoration

There’s a hive of activity outside the Reagile Sports Grounds in Koster, North West, this Monday morning – as South Africa commemorates Human Rights Day.

President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to deliver the keynote address at the event is taking place at Koster.

Although rainy weather in the area is a challenge and has delayed proceedings, the residents are looking forward to the President’s address.

Koster residents are optimistic and hopeful about what he has to say. They say they do acknowledge the human rights gains so far.

Residents say they are excited that the President has to come to their area to address their issues as they always see him on TV only.
