Higher Education Deputy Minister Buti Manamela will be visiting the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Monday morning to monitor the reopening of the registration at Limpopo’s Capricorn TVET College.
Registration was moved to the stadium following a stampede at the college on Thursday in which several applicants were injured.
Manamela says his visit is aimed at ensuring that all applicants are attended to timeously.
“I will be visiting the Peter Mokaba pop up registration centre just to make sure that the application process goes smoothly without any hustle and also just to interact with students to ensure that they get services that they deserve,” says Manamela.
