Lamontville Godlen Arrows have announced the signing of Danny Venter from Free State Stars to beef up their squad.
Arrows confirmed the news on the club’s Twitter page on Wednesday midday- “We would like to announce that we have secured the services of Danny Venter.”
The 30-year-old midfielder has spent four years of his career with Free State based club. His contract was due to expiry in June 30.
Meanwhile, Lehlohonolo Majoro joined the league champions Bidvest Wits following his departure with Cape Town City despite six months of his contract remaining with the club. Majoro spent only a season and half at City, and managed to net only 11 goals in 41 appearances.
