The memorial service of pop legend, Robbie Malinga, will be held on Friday at the Grace Bible Church in Soweto.
Malinga’s family released the details of the funeral arrangements at a press briefing in Johannesburg on Thursday.
Malinga died on Christmas day. He will be buried on Tuesday next week.
His brother Bheki said although he knew that his brother was seriously ill, his death still caught them by surprise.
Malinga was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer June last year.
Following a family meeting, a press conference was held at Malinga’s Dainfern home.
Bheki says: “We will have a memorial at Grace bible church and on Tuesday January 2 we will have the funeral at Rhema bible church.
