The first of 12 SABC Election Debates was held at the University of Johannesburg on Sunday 23 February, with participants debating around the topic of free and fair elections in a highly charged atmosphere of violent protests.
Guests for the show included Malusi Gigaba (ANC), Mmusi Maimane (DA), Albert Mncwango (IFP), Nhlanhla Khubisa (NFP) and Peter Alexander (UJ).
