The provincial Transport and Community Safety Department says one of the vehicles was carrying eight people and four were among the dead.

Four people have been killed and eight others critically injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles in Lephalale, Limpopo.

The provincial Transport and Community Safety Department says one of the vehicles was carrying eight people and four were among the dead.

Mike Maringa, the spokesperson for the province Transport MEC says, “Limpopo Transport and Community Safety Department MEC Mavhungu Luruli-Ramakhanya has sent messages of condolences to those who were involved in this horrific accident, but she is equally concerned about the continuing number of fatal crashes that are happening in weekends.”
