Former Orlando Pirates coach appears in court for sexual assault

The sexual assault case of former Orlando Pirates coach, Miltun Sredojevic, has been postponed to May 25, for trial.

The 51-year-old Zambia national football team coach made a brief appearance in the New Brighton Magistrate’s Court in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape.

He is accused of sexually assaulting a 39-year-old woman who was working as a waiter during a Council of Southern Africa Football Associations Tournament at the Wolfson Stadium in 2020.

Micho, as the coach is known, allegedly touched the woman inappropriately while she was delivering tea to his table. He is out on bail of R10 000.
