The IEC has published the first results of the 2021 Local Government Elections at the Election Results Centre.
Imvomvo Lodge, in the Mount Ayliff area of the Eastern Cape, is the first voting district to have their results verified and published. The ANC won 50 of the 61 votes cast and the EFF won 9.
In 2016, the ANC won 66% of the votes in the this voting district.
