Mamelodi Sundowns striker Emiliano Tade has retired from football according to his coach Pitso Mosimane.

The news broke on Wednesday that the Argentinian parted ways with the team. Tade joined the PSL Champions from AmaZulu FC in January after an impressive stint with them in the 2018/2019 season, when he scored seven goals in 20 appearances across all competitions. Mosimane says he tried to convince him not to quit.
