Professor Joel Hellman and Dr. Danial Kaufmann provide the commission with expert evidence.

Professor Joel Hellman is the Dean and Distinguished Professor of Practice at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington DC. Dr Danial Kaufmann is the President and CEO of the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI), a leading think tank in extractives governance and he is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow of the Brookings Institution.
